Fariborz immigrated to Canada when he was a high school student. After earning his undergraduate in Political Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario, Fariborz completed his LL.B at Osgoode Law School. He then went on to round out his academic career with a PhD. His thesis focused on the rules of confession in Canada.

Fariborz is passionate about fighting for his clients at any level of court for any criminal law issue. He serves clients in Toronto, the GTA, and throughout Ontario.
